WALKING WORTHILY

  1. What is our calling?
    • God’s attitude toward salvation is generous and abundant
    • God does all the work
    • God is purposeful
    • God is motivated by love
  2. How do we walk worthy of our calling?
    • We have a new master and purpose
    • We respond to God’s love (not work for it or earn it)
    • Walk in the good works he created for us
    • Live by the Spirit
  3. Why don’t we walk worthy of our calling?
    • I’m at war – There is an enemy who doesn’t want us to do
    • I didn’t know – I don’t know about the Holy Spirit and the power available to me
    • I don’t care – I just don’t do it
  4. What do we do?
    • Be filled with the Spirit
